Most properties are live within one working day. You send an export of rooms and current reservations, we map and verify it with you, and your team gets a walkthrough before the first shift. Groups with several properties usually plan a two-week rollout.
Yes. Two-way channel sync is included on Professional and Enterprise. Availability and rates update across connected channels within seconds of a change — that's what removes double bookings entirely. A direct booking engine is also available.
Every user gets a role. Housekeeping sees room status and tasks but never guest billing. Reception sees reservations and check-in/out. Managers get reporting and rate control. Custom roles and a full audit log are available.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in the EU and backed up continuously. Res-Suite is GDPR compliant, supports export and deletion requests, and signs a data processing agreement with every property.
Trials run 14 days with no card required. If you decide not to continue, we export your data for you and delete it after 30 days. No cancellation fee, no long-term contract on monthly plans.
